At CALPAK, we want you to love your travel gear, so we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a small processing fee is deducted from your refund to help cover the cost of return shipping.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unused items in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
